jai9 Terms and Conditions

Welcome to jai9. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jai9 platform, including the website at jai9.one, the jai9 mobile application, and all associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on jai9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

jai9 is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and all payment processing is handled through locally available mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Each player may hold only one account on jai9. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, or the same device — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering on jai9, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must keep this information up to date. jai9 may request documentation to verify your identity at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or utility bill.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact jai9 support immediately at [email protected].

• Do not share your password with anyone, including jai9 support staff.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable any additional security features offered by jai9 when available.

All deposits on jai9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jai9 supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are credited to your jai9 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though jai9 may apply limits in specific circumstances, including where responsible gaming concerns have been identified.

• jai9 does not charge any fees on BDT deposits made via supported payment methods.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• If a deposit fails to credit to your account within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• jai9 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is associated with fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals from jai9 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of all players on the platform.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, particularly for larger amounts or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer.

• Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts. If your account has not been verified, you will be prompted to complete verification before your withdrawal can be processed.
• jai9 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard BDT transactions.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• jai9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

jai9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the following general conditions apply to all jai9 bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each offer's terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the offer. Unused bonuses will expire automatically.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is eligible for each promotional offer once only.
• Abuse prevention: jai9 monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Eligibility: jai9 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.

All games available on jai9 use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are not influenced by the platform, by previous results, or by the size of any bet placed. The RTP (return to player) figures published for each game reflect the actual long-term payout rates of those games.

By playing any game on jai9, you accept the rules of that game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the result recorded in jai9's system, the system record will be treated as definitive.

• jai9 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to the player's account.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jai9 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on jai9.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment account to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the jai9 platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players.
• Using the jai9 platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jai9 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access areas of the jai9 platform that you are not authorised to access.

jai9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• A player has violated any part of these Terms.
• A player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
• A player has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
• jai9 is required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting jai9 support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the jai9 platform.

jai9's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jai9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes, jai9 may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the jai9 platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
